  • Scrubbing of all floor surfaces, including corners and hard-to-reach areas.
  • Spray-and-shield disinfection for frequently touched surfaces (e.g., door handles, switches, and railings).
  • Wet and dry mopping for daily maintenance of floors.
  • General surface disinfection to control germs and ensure hygiene.
  • Carpet disinfection using approved cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Glass cleaning using a professional kit for streak-free clarity.

  • Curtains or dividers are washed or replaced weekly, or as per condition.
  • Weekly deep cleaning of all areas to ensure complete sanitation and upkeep.
  • Work commencement strictly as per the instructions of the supervisor or designated authority.
  • Mopping, dusting, and cleaning are to be completed at least 30 minutes prior to the start of official working hours.
  • Toilet blocks and surrounding areas are checked and cleaned every two hours by assigned volunteers.
  • Corridors, railings, passages, and glass surfaces (up to 15 feet in height) are cleaned regularly to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Use of ISI-marked cleaning materials only, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Hourly supervisory rounds to monitor operations and service delivery. Any shortfall is reported immediately and resolved on priority.
  • Female volunteers are specifically assigned to clean and maintain ladies’ toilet facilities to ensure comfort and privacy.
  • Continuous coordination between supervisors and the designated authority for performance monitoring and service enhancement.
